Into an enough wide pan
lightly fry the schallots with some extra vergin olive oil,
then, at low heat, wash the anchovies and remove the fishbones and add them with some chili pepper.
Cook for about 3 min. and turn the heat down.
Add the cooked spaghetti into the pan, and mix everything at high heat for 2/3 minutes adding some spaghetti cooking water you saved. Add, at the end, some chopped parsley.
Fry some slate bread crumbs, that you can use to garnish the dishes…

SPAGHETTI about 500 gr.
8 SALTED ANCHOVIES
1/2 CHILI PEPPER
TOASTED OR STALE BREAD CRUMBS
EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL
